Take a ride! Poplar Mountain ATV Trail

Fall is one of the best times to get out and enjoy the scenery on an ATV. Leaves are changing, the dust is down and the weather is cooler. The Carrabassett Valley ATV club has done tons of work around the valley connecting and maintaining existing trails, building new trails and well as improving sections to better one’s riding experience. Take a Hike! Larry’s Loop

Nestled within the woods of Carrabassett Valley lies a wonderful natural feature known as Poplar Stream Falls. The falls can be reached a variety of ways, including via a loop hike on the Maine Huts and Trails trail system. This hike is perfect for all abilities and can also be a great snowshoe in the winter months. Carrabassett Valley ATV Club (Recent Work)

The Carrabassett Valley ATV Club has currently been improving a trail in its network which runs along a section of CMP power line. A large portion of the trail has been re-routed thanks to grant funds and the hard work of volunteers and local contractors.
