A huge rain event on the first day of May caused the rivers and streams to fill up, and in most cases caused some flooding damage. Reed Brook Falls
Between Kingfield and Carrabassett lies a very special spot. A short .6 mile hike leads you to a spectacular waterfall along Reed Brook which originates from Shiloh Pond and feeds into the Carrabassett river.
