Reed Brook Falls
Between Kingfield and Carrabassett lies a very special spot. A short .6 mile hike leads you to a spectacular waterfall along Reed Brook which originates from Shiloh Pond and feeds into the Carrabassett river. 2020 Carrabassett Fat Tire Race
February 1st, 2020 was the date for the annual Carrabassett Fat Tire race at the Sugarloaf Outdoor Center. This year conditions were prime for the 4 lap 20 mile race or the 2 lap 10 mile race. Fatbiking is a great way to enjoy the area with lots of specifically groomed singletrack, snowmobile trails as well as limited riding at the Sugarloaf Outdoor Center.
