Carrabassett Valley Town Lot; Forestry Practices and More…
Bob Carlton, Bill Haslam and Billy Gilmore visited the WSKI set to let us know exactly what goes on with forestry down at the “Town Lot” at the Sugarloaf Outdoor Center. A lot of planning goes into exactly what to cut, what to leave and when it’s just a good idea to wait. The profits gained from the wood harvesting go right back into the town trail system.
