Karl Strand & Crusher introduced Brent Larsen, new Director of Lifts, on our live Mountain Report Oct. 10th. A great opportunity to get the word out on what’s going on with the lifts on the mountain, & a big welcome to Brent to our Mountain! With plenty of challenges comes plenty of work to ensure our long-lived/loved lifts get the attention they require to ensure we all get to ride with peace of mind in the future! Carrabassett Region NEMBA club members Dave Hughes & Josh Tauses met Kip at the Quad over Homecoming to talk about the incredible on-going improvements to increase mountain bike riding options for beginners to experts in Carrabassett Valley. Word is beginning to travel through the nation that we are a destination for this fantastic outdoors sport that can be enjoyed by all ages & fitness levels, & for FREE, right here in our beautiful backyard! A million Thank Yous to all who make it possible through their hard work to create these wicked fun & ecologically sensitive & sustainable trails!!
