Nestled within the woods of Carrabassett Valley lies a wonderful natural feature known as Poplar Stream Falls. The falls can be reached a variety of ways, including via a loop hike on the Maine Huts and Trails trail system. This hike is perfect for all abilities and can also be a great snowshoe in the winter months. With little elevation gain and opportunities to fish and swim in Poplar Stream, this is a must for any outdoor enthusiast.
