In the summer months Lionel from Happy Tunes Ski Service Center, takes to the woods. An unforgettable opportunity for teens to unplug, learn a skill and perhaps reinvent themselves through whitewater kayaking and true wilderness experiences. Summer activities and opportunities to check out..

Now that Reggae fest has past and the summer season is in sight, it’s time to make summer plans. There are lots of options here in the Valley to participate as well as employment opportunities. Maine Kayak Expeditions run by the owners of Happy Tunes offers summer kayaking trips on both Flagstaff Lake as well as the famous Rapid River. Talk about making memories that will last a lifetime! In addition Carrabassett Valley’s Outdoor Adventure camp also provides activities for kids. OAC is currently hiring camp counselors, JR Counselors and Counselors in training.
