WHY WINTERKIDS?
WinterKids helps children develop healthy lifelong habits through education and fun, outdoor winter activity. We create opportunities for children to be active, vibrant, and healthy in the outdoors.

We help children and families enjoy healthy and fun outdoor winter lifestyles while nurturing a connection to the natural environment – at home, at school, and in the communities in which they live. Last year, WinterKids created opportunities for 26,000+ kids to get outside and active with their families last winter in all 16 counties of Maine with innovative, outdoor education programs.

Lifts are the essence of max turns per day…

January 13, 2023 by WSKI

and having someone who knows & understands them inside & out, top to bottom, is integral to the core customer experience, so we are fortunate to have Brent Larsen in charge here at Sugarloaf. We hope we can make him a more frequent visitor to our studio cuz he’s a got wealth of expertise, & he’s a wicked nice guy; glad we can share his visit to WSKI online, too!

Watch & Win Grand Prize winner’s BROTHER’s big day!!!

January 7, 2023 by WSKI

WSKI loves having handmade in Maine, Amalgam skis as our seasonal super prize & last spring’s winning name drawn was a familiar face of a Watch & Winner who’s been visiting the studio to collect prizes since he, & his lucky younger brother who got the skis because big brother is a snowboarder, were knee high!! Thanks to all who play W&W at WSKI, & to Amalgam, who we are proud having as part of our WSKI family! They design, engineer and build every piece and part of their skis from start to finish to build a product that is one of its kind in the industry. Very cool.
