Part of what we do at WSKI-TV 17 & wskitv.com is offer our ability to Get the Word Out to local organizations who enhance our region with services & events that happen because local volunteers care enough to pitch in & do the necessary work. The Kingfield POPs is hands down the best example of what a small town can do to bring a significant amount of people to visit at a time of year when it would otherwise be quiet. Now in its 15th year, it is an annual tradition for families & friends, from near & far. If you’ve never been, you don’t know what you are missing… the sound is phenomenal, the setting incomparable, the freedom for kids & adults to get up & dance… you won’t find any of that at the finest Opera Houses in the world… they can’t compare to Mt.
