Kingfield’s Stanley Museum rep Deb Smith on WSKI-TV 17

One of our Mountain Report guests was Deb Smith to inform viewers about one of our region’s little gems, the incredible Stanley Museum full of the extraordinary inventions of the Stanley family of Kingfield a century ago. Stop by and admire the beautiful Stanley Steamers on display as well as other ingenious ideas that became creations from not only the brothers, but Chansonetta, too!!! View from the old Baselodge

It’s been over 30 years since the old Baselodge was taken down and all the spontaneous spring BBQs became a memory, whether from the deck off of Maxwell’s or the benches right in front! It was the best place to hang out & see everything happening on the Bunny Slope, from the Gondola Building to Village Center. Recognize anyone?
