Maine Maple Sunday at Sugarloaf’s Sugarshack

WSKI was lucky enough to get an early morning tour of Sugarloaf’s own Sugarshack on Maine Maple Sunday. Danny Barker walks us through the process, and thanks to Gifford’s, we enjoyed some of Sugarloaf’s own maple syrup atop some tasty vanilla ice cream.  Maine Maple Sunday is a day where the sugarshacks across the state open up their doors to the public to learn about this great pastime. Sugarloaf’s sap comes straight from big ole maple trees over on West Mtn.
