March 16, 2016 by WSKI Leave a Comment

Ashley Jensen’s desire for a place to relax, rejuvenate & restore one’s inner self as well as physical self, led to the initiative she has undertaken to bring such an attraction to our region’s visitors & locals, too, with plans to open Harmony House in late spring of this year in time for the Sugarloaf Marathon weekend! We are so excited as we look forward to this wonderful wellness center. FMI: http://www.theharmonyhouse.org/

Mark’s Snow Sculpture at West Mtn.

February 24, 2016 by WSKI Leave a Comment

A Lifty at the Mtn. takes pride in his job to new heights by creating giant art forms (creatures!!) to entice visitors to the West Mtn. chairlift, normally off the beaten path for most folks who ski Sugarloaf. He has created a FREE value addition to anyone’s trip to our Mtn. by bringing a smile to their faces, no matter what your age! We had to have him on the Mountain Report to tell us about it!

Keeping up with Vacation Week Activities

February 18, 2016 by WSKI Leave a Comment

Noelle Tuttle came by the studio for a visit with us to share info with our viewers on various things to know this busy week on the Mtn.! The Rail Jam scheduled for Friday night is now camcelled due to the lack of extra snow available to set up the rails on the Beach; but the Moonlight Tour to Bullwinkle’s will be a great time early Friday evening for all who wish to enjoy that unique event. Note Kip’s First Tracks report: pretty amazing turn around for conditions after such lousy weather, so THANK a Snowmaker & Groomer if you see any because without them, we’d be REALLY hurting this season!!! THINK SNOW!!!
