Take a Hike! Burnt Mountain

The hiking trail up Burnt mountain in Carrabassett Valley begins at the end of Bigelow Mountain Road, off Mountainside road at Sugarloaf. Follow the signs to the trailhead. This is a moderate hike of about 3.5 hrs and just over 5 miles in length. 21st Century Ski & Snowboard Competition in Maine

Karl Strand & Crusher introduced Brent Larsen, new Director of Lifts, on our live Mountain Report Oct. 10th. A great opportunity to get the word out on what’s going on with the lifts on the mountain, & a big welcome to Brent to our Mountain! With plenty of challenges comes plenty of work to ensure our long-lived/loved lifts get the attention they require to ensure we all get to ride with peace of mind in the future!
