Take a Hike! Burnt Mountain
The hiking trail up Burnt mountain in Carrabassett Valley begins at the end of Bigelow Mountain Road, off Mountainside road at Sugarloaf. Follow the signs to the trailhead. This is a moderate hike of about 3.5 hrs and just over 5 miles in length. We’ve recently acquired a copy of the video produced last year by the Ski Museum of Maine to share with WSKI’s viewers, as well as our website’s!
