Carrabassett Valley’s Narrow Gauge Pathway

September 4, 2014 by WSKI Leave a Comment

The Narrow Gauge Pathway runs along the Carrabassett River from “downtown” Carrabassett north to Bigelow Station. Approximately 6 miles in length, it has lots to offer…Along the Narrow Gauge Pathway there are several mountain bike single track trails  as well as access to Maine Huts and Trails trail corridor.

There are also multiple starting points for adventuring on the pathway; Town Office, Carrabassett Multi Use Parking (just north of the airport), Campbell Field trailhead and the Stratton Hut Trailhead (just north of the Sugarloaf access road.
