Is it important for those of us who choose to live here, to ensure our kids grow up outdoors appreciating what we have in our beautiful backyard on this amazing planet? Very much. Proud to see Jesse Lowell taking his love of life outside as a kid with his family doing the many things we CAN here in the Maine High Peaks, to the career path thru education on what’s affecting ‘our world’ & what we can do to ensure our kids’ kids & all thereafter can also enjoy the quality of life we love. Excuse poor audio, please… adjacent vending machines made it less than desirable to record well from this talk at the ODC last Homecoming weekend which was too bad because it was pretty interesting!

WSKI ATV Trails Update
With the slow and very wet start to spring the ATV trails have remained closed per landowners request. It looks like it’ll be one more weekend letting the trails drain and dry out. So, June 7th is the date. Area clubs and landowners thank you in advance for respecting the closures and in the end it’ll save time, money and make for a more enjoyable experience for everyone.
