BIG Air…Bag!!!

December 13, 2011 by WSKI Leave a Comment

Carrabassett Valley Academy’s Freeride Coach Nate McKenzie gives the low-down on the new 65′ X 65′ air bag to be set up just west of the Super Quad in the old freestyle jump area. This HUGE air bag brings dry-land to new heights, literally, by enabling CVA’s student athletes to practice aerial maneuvers which previously were only able to be done into water at places like Lake Placid’s Olympic site in NY. This is an exciting new development for the resort, too, as it will be outstanding visual entertainment from the SQ!!! Be sure to stop by & check it out to see how it works & who gets to jump into it!!!
