Upper Gondola Line from Mid-Station in the '80s

October 27, 2011 by nadene Leave a Comment

If you remember skiing before there were winch cats & shape skis, you can appreciate how challenging it was to look good on the great bumps that always grew on Upper Go-Go Line! What a blast it was to see Sugarloaf’s many expert skiers handle the VW size, skier-made moguls on a glorious spring day! For all the not-quite experts tackling those bumps, it made for much laughter & cheers from spectators riding overhead as well as fellow skiers stopped on the sides to catch their breath in the days of LONG Boards!![flv:GondiMidStationWinter.flv thumb.jpg 480 360]
