Skowhegan Savings’ John Witherspoon visits WSKI

October 25, 2013 by nadene Leave a Comment

Skowhegan Savings became a significant part of our Region recently when they took over all five of Camden National Bank’s branches in Franklin County, after that company announced closures of the Stratton & Phillips branches. John Witherspoon has been a Kingfield resident for over 30 years, from his days as president of the former Kingfield Savings Banks. John’s local expertise & understanding of the issues & challenges of economic health & development for rural western & central Maine is matched by the team of similarly experienced employees, many of whom have worked at local banks, under various owners, for decades! Thanks Skowhegan Savings: here’s to a rosy future for ALL in Maine’s High Peaks!
